El Descanso is a just built only duplex which is big and comfortable thought to give comfort to the visitor of the Patagonia. Its windows and its walls are double. These architectonical characteristics make it reliable in cold or hot weather. It is fully equipped for five people. There is a "Parrilla" in an enclosed patio in case of windy weather, two bedrooms, bathroom, living room, dining room, and kitchen. There is enough room to park one or more vehicles and backyard.

It is situated 200 metres far from the beach and surrounded by small shops where necessary goods can be acquired. It is also near the Tourist Information Office, the Emergency Service Office and other facilities which are proper of a new touristic place.
